CBRI Committee Mission Statement
The USTETA ChemBio, RadNuc, Intelligence Committee (CBRI) strives to ensure that the United States is prepared to address, mitigate and counter any threats from weapons of mass destruction (WMD) within the homeland and abroad.
CBRI Committee Goals and Initiatives
- Resolve the Chemical and Biological (CB) attack readiness issue
- Revamp the Defense Industrial Base (DIB)
- Create and advance the CBRI Congressional Caucus
- Update the Roles and Responsibilities Associated with the Chemical and Biological Defense
(CBD) Program - Secure grants, contracts, and funding for the revamping of the Defense Industrial Base (DIB)
- Increase STEM education program funding
- Facilitate the creation of the Defense Warfighter Governance Board (DWGB)
- Update policies and regulations in support of Chemical and Biological (CB) defense
- Increase funding of the Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP)
